ECO provides environmental assessments and due diligence plans to commercial entities. We provide Phase I and Phase II assessments, which are especially required during real estate transactions to minimize environmental liabilities. ECO engineers have many years of experience in remediation and decommissioning projects and will provide practical and cost effective solutions for your remediation and decommissioning needs. ECO also supports ongoing environmental compliance requirements such as storm water permits and storm water pollution prevention plans.

Project Profiles

Provided engineering and administrative support to a specialty coffee roasting operation in Michigan and resolved an odor issue that had forced the Owner Operator to shut down the facility for 4 months. ECO identified practical and cost effective control technologies to minimize air emissions that were causing the odor and worked with the state and local regulatory agencies and the local community to resolve the issue and re-commence operations at the facility.
Conducted several Phase I and Phase II assessments for our commercial clients.
